Sometimes, Governments and ministers are guilty of saying one thing - whilst doing the opposite themselves. For example, calling for greater transparency, accountability and respect - whilst simultaneously covering up their own nefarious dealings, palming off responsibility onto unelected quangos, and generally behaving like arrogant brats.
